Experienced Caregivers:

We are looking to bring more experienced individuals on board to help accommodate our growing caregiving side of the company and maintain our excellent reputation of providing top level care. We staff shifts all over San Diego County. Tasks include but are not limited to bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, meal preparation, light housekeeping and toileting. Experience with transferring patients with low mobility using gait belt is preferred. We need caregivers for a range of shift hours and fill-in’s. Full-time and Part-time positions available.

Qualified candidates will need to clear a live scan criminal background check, DMV check, other background check/reference checks, and a TB Test. Rate of pay is based on experience and will be determined at time of hire. All Grace Care employees are covered by Workers Compensation.

Nurse Care Managers:

We are looking for experienced nurses to join our San Diego Care Management team.  Must be open to training and have experience working with elders and in home care.  Geriatric Care Manager certified is preferred.  Part-time position available and hourly compensation based on experience.
